What Gameball does
Gameball offers a loyalty and retention platform for merchants that combines points, referrals, gamification and customer messaging. Its AI agents, called Adam and Sarah, flag churn risk and design loyalty programmes. The platform integrates with Shopify, Klaviyo, Omnisend and Attentive. The company was originally founded in Egypt, and its leadership is Ahmed Khairy as CEO, Ahmed El Assy as CPO and Omar Alfar as CTO.
Company reported traction
Gameball says it has served more than 3,000 businesses and handles more than $14 billion in annualised GMV. It reports net revenue retention of 130% and activity across more than 70 countries. Named enterprise clients include Virgin Megastores, Lebara and U.S. Polo.

The company focuses on the Middle East and North Africa, particularly Gulf markets such as Saudi Arabia and the UAE.
